Welcome to haulingflow LLC. Please review our service terms and conditions before activating your fleet admin profile.

1. Program Description & SMS Use

haulingflow LLC utilizes automated mobile text messaging (SMS) strictly to deliver critical utility operations and platform security mechanisms. Messages are only sent to verified users for secure Multi-Factor Authentication (2FA) verification codes, account password recovery links, platform registration invitations initiated directly by your fleet administrator, and critical transactional alerts concerning system operations.

2. User Identity & Account Security

Your unique User ID consists of the verified mobile phone number provided during registration. You are entirely responsible for managing access permissions, driver invitations, and administrative configuration updates within your platform profile.

3. Cost & Message Frequency

Message frequency varies dynamically based entirely on user-initiated activities inside the software ecosystem. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your specific mobile carrier plan.

4. Acceptable Use & Media Uploads

The platform provides functionality for users to upload and transmit images of physical tickets, delivery receipts, and logistical data to the management dashboard. You explicitly agree that the platform shall not be used to upload, store, or transmit any material that is illicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise illegal under local, state, or federal law. haulingflow LLC reserves the right to monitor uploaded data, moderate content to ensure compliance, and immediately terminate access or remove files for any profile found transmitting non-compliant, malicious, or illegal assets.

5. Opt-Out & Support

You have the absolute right to stop receiving operational text messages at any time. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact support directly at [email protected].

6. Cookies & Local Storage

haulingflow does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use browser localStorage to manage your login session on this device. Payment processing on the platform is handled by Stripe, which may set limited cookies strictly for fraud prevention and security purposes. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

7. Billing & Cancellation

haulingflow is a month-to-month subscription. You will be billed on a recurring basis based on your selected plan. If payment fails, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

8. Service Availability

We work hard to keep haulingflow available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. haulingflow LLC is not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, haulingflow LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost time, lost data, or any indirect or consequential damages resulting from service malfunction, outages, or interruptions of any kind.

10. Intellectual Property

haulingflow LLC owns the platform, its code, and its design. You own your data — your tickets, drivers, customers, and company information belong to you. We do not claim any rights to your operational data.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, violation of these terms, or abuse of the platform. Upon termination, your data is retained in secure backups for a reasonable period of time before permanent deletion. 12. Governing Law & Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you by email or in-platform notice. Continued use of haulingflow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
